Base Rate Reduction
The Bank of England Base Rate was reduced by 0.25% on 4th August 2016. What this means for our customers:
We have passed on the full Bank of England Base Rate reduction of 0.25% on to our variable rate borrowers, with the new interest charge applied from the 5th August 2016. We will be amending some of our savings rates and have emailed or written to all affected customers. Existing Fixed Rate customers are unaffected. If you have any queries please call our savings team on 0344 225 3939* or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

This applies to any type of line, including mobile, fixed lines or payphones. Calls may be recorded for training purposes and to improve the service we provide. Office opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
