The small print: The competition is a test of your knowledge and skill. To enter it you must attempt all the Christmas Quiz questions featured in the December 2023 edition of the Cambridge & Counties Bank Newsletter. No payment is required in order to enter the competition. The winner will be the entrant with the most questions answered correctly. In the case of a tie the winner will be drawn at random on Friday 12th January 2024 from those tying. The competition will open at 09:00 on Tuesday 5th December 2023 and will close at 23:59 on Friday 22nd December 2023.
The prize is an (or one) Apple iPad 64GB or a close substitute selected by the Promoter. No alternative to that prize will be offered. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, or entries which are delayed, duplicated, incomplete, illegible or lost through technical problems will be disqualified. Cambridge & Counties Bank accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided within 20 working days of the close of the competition.
Cambridge & Counties Bank must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Cambridge & Counties Bank will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited, Charnwood Court, 5B New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in the competition post. If you enter the competition, you agree that the Promoter may include and/or announce in email communications or elsewhere at its discretion your name, general location and details of any prizes that you have won. Â If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Cambridge & Counties Bank at [email protected]. In such circumstances, Cambridge & Counties Bank must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
If we cannot contact a winner or they do not respond prior to Friday 26th January 2024, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
