What this will mean for our customers:

Borrowers

We will be passing on the full Bank of England Base Rate increase of 0.25% to our variable rate borrowers, with the new interest charge applied from the 02 November 2017. Your next loan payment will remain unchanged and we will write to you shortly with full details including your new monthly payment amount. If you have any queries in the meantime please call our team on 0344 225 3800* or email [email protected].

Savers

We are reviewing the situation with regards to our savings rates and once we have made a decision, if there is any change to your interest rate we will email or write to you to let you know.  Fixed Rate Products are unaffected.  If you have any queries please call our savings team on 0344 225 3939* or email [email protected].
