Lending Officer, Asset Finance Operations

Location: Leicester, with hybrid working Salary: £30,000-£35,000pa

Do you have experience of delivering targeted levels of new business loan drawdowns each month, by checking and preparing transactions for pay out whilst ensuring compliance with the credit approval, our Lending policies, AF protocols and all regulatory and statutory standards? ​

Do you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills developed from a credit-based background, along with a clear commitment to continuous improvement? ​

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Commercial experience of the Asset Finance industry and the various product offerings and types of funding facilities available
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills, high levels of attention to detail and a demonstrable focus on high quality outcomes ​

Management Accountant

Location: Leicester with hybrid working  Salary: £35,000-£40,000pa

We are looking for a Management Accountant to work within our Finance Team.

You would be accountable for reviewing and preparing company financial data to ensure that senior staff receive timely, accurate and relevant information.

Could you produce accurate monthly management and annual accounts?

Do you have experience in performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations?

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience of analysing company financial data and producing reports within set deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, in particular, advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Innovative and open minded to change.
  • Able to quickly build working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of working in financial services would be preferred.

Customer Operations Officer

Location: Leicester with hybrid working  Salary: £27,750pa

​We are looking for someone to deliver a consistently high quality of service to our customers, deposit partners and stakeholders, with specific responsibility for new deposit account opening and the more complex of customer interactions. 

You would assess the individual risk profile of each of those customers and ensure full compliance with the relevant regulations and Bank policies.

About you

For this role you will need to have the following skills and experience: 

  • Knowledge of appropriate policies and regulations, including Conduct Risk, Treating Customers’ Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proven to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.​
  • Organised and efficient approach, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and results orientated.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded. ​ ​
