Borrowers must be a UK entity or in personal name(s)
Experienced property investors
Terms from 12 months to 25 years
Secured by way of first legal charge on a property located in England, Scotland or Wales
Interest only available up to 10 years
Personal guarantees requested from business owners/directors but are not always mandatory
