Lending criteria

Loans from £150k to £5m
Terms from minimum 12 months to maximum 25 years
Maximum 70% LTV based on valuation not purchase price
Experienced property investors or owner occupiers
Interest only available up to 10 years
Secured by way of a first legal charge on a UK located property (excluding Northern Ireland)
Borrowers must be in an approved HMRC pension scheme (e.g. SIPP/SSAS)
Pension Administrator to confirm that the scheme’s borrowing is within the present HMRC guidelines. For example, a maximum of 50% of the net asset value of the scheme
