Non-Executive Director

Michele is the Shareholder Representative
for Cambridgeshire County Pension Fund.
An experienced Non‑Executive Director,
Michele is currently Chair of the Board at
Connexus Homes Limited and Non‑Executive
Director of Melton Building Society. She joined
the Cambridge & Counties Bank Board in April
2023 and previously was Senior Independent
Director and Chair of Board Committees at
the Marsden Building Society, a Non‑Executive
Director of The Ombudsman Service Limited
and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS
Foundation Trust. Her executive career spans
both private and public sectors; including senior
and executive roles within higher education,
food and drink, luxury consumer goods,
manufacturing, and retailing.
