Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited AFS intermediary event promotion terms and conditions
In these terms and conditions “we” “our” and “us” means Cambridge & Counties Bank Ltd of Charnwood Court, 5b New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE.
The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for our employees, their families, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the promotion.
To enter the promotion, you must correctly answer both questions for the AFS intermediary event promotion available via the QR Code and provide your name, email address and UK postal address (including postcode).
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
The opening date for entries is Monday 5th December 2022 (the “Opening Date”). Any entries received before the Opening Date will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
The closing date for entries is Friday 23rd December 2022 (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
The winner of the promotion will be the first entrant randomly selected by a computer within 10 working days after the Closing Date (the “Prize Draw”) from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
We will notify the winner by email or telephone on or before Friday 23rd December 2022. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
The winner will receive an Apple iPad, 10.2‑inch 64GB
The Prize will be delivered to the winner by 31st January 2023, to the UK Postal address provided at entry.
The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
We reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited, Charnwood Court, 5b New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE. If you object to any or all of your surname, county or winning entry being published or made available then please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that we still have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on Request.
You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The use of particular brands as a Prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

See also condition 14 regarding the announcement of winners.
The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
