Finance Business Partner (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £55,000-£65,000pa
We are looking for someone who can provide insightful finance business partnering support, build relationships across the business, and help improve decision-making and performance.
You will ensure business stakeholders understand and agree assumptions and targets, which will incorporated into robust financial models to support the Bank’s strategy.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent numerical skills with a recognised finance qualification
- Banking sector experience, with knowledge of lending, capital considerations, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent MS Excel and modelling skills, and proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of driver-based analysis, cost allocation, developing pricing tools
- Ability to improve and automate financial processes
- Solid business and commercial acumen
- The ability to build collaborative relationships and influence at every level across the business
- Ability to handle high volumes of complex and technical information and distil into clear messages to impacted stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness to the needs of the wider Finance & Treasury team, whilst ensuring quality support to the business is always maintained
