Banking Administrator
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £30,000-£31,000pa
We have a great opportunity for someone to join our Operations team to manage all payments and transactions, undertaking required verification and authorisation, accurately and within required timescales.This would include the daily completion of bank account reconciliations. You would support wider treasury and financial management and ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and appropriate the Bank’s policies.
You would also manage and record all complaints in accordance with the Bank’s policies, processes and required regulations, as well as providing support across the team as work volumes require.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of appropriate policies and regulations, including Conduct Risk, Treating Customers’ Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
- Attention to detail, proven to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant payment processes and banking systems
- Proven customer service skills and experience.
- High level numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience within the financial services sector is desirable.
