Broker Manager - Asset Finance

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £40,000-£42,000pa​

We are looking for people to join our Asset Finance Team to manage the day-to-day relationships with a number of asset finance brokers.

This would include uploading of proposals, communications with our brokers, and management of the documentation for successful payment of deals.

The ideal candidate would act as the prime point of contact for brokers, along with our Underwriting and Operations teams. ​

Could you effectively contribute to ensuring that we are regarded by the broker base as a “go to” funder?

About you​

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:​

  • Experience in an asset finance sales role, ideally externally facing and dealing with brokers.
  • ​Knowledge of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
  • An appropriate level of financial and commercial awareness
  • Appropriate sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Able to demonstrate a good working understanding of financial accounts
  • A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements is desirable​​

Database Administrator

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £45,000-£52,000pa ​

We are looking for someone to play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the organisation’s on‑premise SQL Server estate, ensuring resilience, performance, and security for business‑critical systems. ​

Sitting within the IT Helpdesk team, this role requires SQL Server expertise and either prior exposure to Azure SQL / Azure Data Services or a clear aptitude for research, learning, and developing new cloud‑focused skills. ​

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • SQL DBA experience.
  • T‑SQL experience
  • SSIS/SSRS experience.
  • Performance tuning expertise.
  • Azure exposure or aptitude to learn.
  • Scripting (PowerShell) or aptitude to learn.
  • CI/CD familiarity.
  • GDPR/security awareness.
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills aligned to the Bank’s cloud and data strategy.
  • Microsoft SQL Server certification(s) (e.g., Azure Data Fundamentals / Azure Database Administrator Associate) desirable. ​

Test Analyst (12 month FTC)

Location: Leicester, with hybrid working Salary: £45,000 to £50,000pa​

We are looking for someone to join our Transformation team on a 12 month fixed term contract, who can interpret business needs and requirements and translate them into high quality test approaches.  ​

You would ensure the functional readiness of software and hardware products before they are released into the live environment.

You would also design, develop and execute appropriate testing to identify any defects before live deployment.

If you have Financials Services experience, excellent problem-solving ability, and great communication skills, then we would love to hear from you. ​​

About you

​For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • ​Experience of creating and evaluating agreed internal test approaches.
  • Significant previous experience of interpreting business needs and requirements and translating them into test approaches.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing, evaluating and executing test scripts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Previous experience of Functional and UAT Testing.
  • ​Demonstrable knowledge of and experience working with project management principles, e.g. RAID logs, Project plans, Project phases etc. and experience using JIRA or similar ticket system.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
