Head of Credit – Asset Finance Flow
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: Competitive
We are looking for someone to shape a successful Flow Asset Finance underwriting function and ensure we achieve our commercial and customer goals.
The successful applicant will build, develop, and execute the implementation of the new business line, which has high growth expectations.
You would be driving processes and procedures, contributing to systems selection, strategic input to Credit Committee and developing key stakeholder relationships.
You would ensure that cases reviewed by the team are accurately completed in a timely manner and suitable decisions/recommendations are produced. Accurate records of the main influencing factors and sanctioning analysis would be maintained in all cases.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience as a Head of Credit or Senior Manager for a flow asset finance business
- Experience in managing a team and developing team members, ensuring the Bank achieves its strategic objectives.
- Able to interpret a set of accounts, including serviceability, credit reporting agency data and asset valuations.
- High level financial and commercial awareness, and knowledge of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
- A wide knowledge of the commercial environment, sector specialism, financial management, and wider management techniques.
- Knowledge and experience of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements relevant to credit operations.
- The ability to interpret and implement relevant guidance, ensuring compliance and due regard is paid to the interests of customers
- ACIB or equivalent Banking qualification is preferred.

Head of Product and Proposition
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £75,000-£85,000pa
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the direction of the product and proposition strategy, in order to meet the bank’s strategic plan.
You would be continually improving our current offering, as well as launching appealing new products and propositions to market.
You would ensure our products meet customer needs, comply with consumer duty and regulatory requirements, and support the bank to meet its performance metrics.
The successful applicant will deliver on our high quality product and communication requirements, meeting all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements in a timely fashion.
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- 10 years plus product & proposition experience required, desirably within financial services.
- Comprehensive understanding of Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- High level financial acumen
- Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Relationship Manager - Corporate Finance
Region: South of England Salary: £50,000-£65,000pa
You will be working alongside the Regional Director (RD) to identify and develop new business opportunities, which will help us achieve our strategic and Business Plan objectives.
The ideal candidate will assist the RDs and Portfolio Managers with our existing portfolio of high value clients by supporting and helping us manage our risk exposure, retention, and growth targets.
