Annual Report & Accounts 2025

Cambridge & Counties Bank has published its 2025 Annual Report & Accounts, highlighting another year of strong performance, continued growth and deepened support for UK SMEs.

During the year, the bank delivered record annual gross new lending of £560 million (+~50% YoY), reflecting growing demand for its specialist lending solutions. Total loans increased by 20% to nearly £1.5 billion, whilst customer deposits rose to a record £1.63 billion (+~30%).

Profit before tax increased to £39.7 million, supported by disciplined growth, improved credit performance and continued investment in technology and customer experience.

Alongside strong financial performance, the bank continued to invest in its people, expand its broker network and strengthen its digital capabilities to deliver faster, more efficient services for customers.
