    An experienced BTL investor required funding to purchase nine residential properties from their local authority, who insisted on having overage clauses put in place. The investor had approached standard lenders but was continuously told that the transaction was legally too complicated, but we were happy to help secure funding for our investor.

    An existing customer was looking to refurbish six of their existing residential
    properties. Our funding also allowed the customer to contribute to future
    property purchases.

    Nursing home for the elderly

    A portfolio of four residential properties, all used to provide care services, were refinanced by the Bank on an owner-occupied basis. The customer wanted a long‑term commitment from their funding provider to remove the additional administration and fees of their existing funder who only provided a term of 3–5 years.
