However you prefer to top up your savings account, you’ll start earning interest from the moment the funds are cleared.

Electronic transfer

Simply transfer funds from your current account to your savings account using your account number which can be found at the top of the email you have received from us and sort code 60-95-86.

Payments received electronically earn interest from the first working day the payment is received.

Cheque

If you’d prefer to deposit by cheque, please make the cheque payable to the name in which your account is held with Cambridge & Counties Bank. The cheque must not be forward dated or dated more than six months ago. Payments made by cheque earn interest from the second working day after the payment is received.

Things to consider

Please be aware we may change whether an account is open/closed to deposits at any time and will give 7 days’ notice via our website.

If at any point you wish to withdraw your funds, you must serve the full notice period, after which they will be paid into your nominated business current account.
