Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited (the “Promoter”) would like to give one iPad 64GB (“the Prize”) as a prize for one lucky winner to be chosen at random amongst the Real Estate Finance, Asset Finance, and Savings Customers and brokers. To be in with a chance to be the winner of the iPad, please complete the customer satisfaction survey (the “Survey”) and check these Terms & Conditions:
- The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over, except employees of Cambridge & Counties Bank, and their immediate families, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw will open at 09:00 on 18th October 2023 and will close at 23:59 on 8th November 2023. Entries made after the closing time specified will not be accepted.
- The Prize Draw is free to enter – no purchase is necessary.
- The Prize is an Apple iPad 64GB. iPad is a registered trademark of Apple PLC. This promotion is not conducted in association with or endorsed by Apple.
- No alternative to the Prize will be offered, however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for a prize equivalent to or equal monetary amount if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
- At the end of the Survey, you will be asked if you would like to enter the Prize Draw. If you answer ‘yes’ and provide a valid email address, your entry will be submitted in the prize draw.
- Entrants must follow all the instructions on the survey form in order to be successfully submitted in the prize draw.
- Entrants can enter the Prize Draw once per account held with Cambridge & Counties Bank.
- One winner will be drawn at random on 15th November 2023.
- No entries are permitted from agents. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or entries which are delayed, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, or lost through technical problems will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for such entries. Proof of submission online will not be accepted as proof of entry.
- Contact details entrants provide will only be used as agreed in the survey.
- The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to contact the winner using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Prize Draw and the winner will be given details of how to claim their Prize. If the Promoter cannot contact a winner or the winner does not respond prior to 25th November 2023, the winner forfeits their right to claim the Prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible if the winner provides incorrect contact or delivery details.
- In the event a winner forfeits the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- The Prize will be issued by the Promoter and sent to the winner within 30 days of the winner responding to the notification that they have won. The prize is strictly non-transferable.
- The Prize winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this Prize Draw, including but not limited to, their name being published on ccbank.co.uk.
- The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited, Charnwood Court, 5B New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in the competition post. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Cambridge & Counties Bank at Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited, Charnwood Court, 5B New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE. In such circumstances, Cambridge & Counties Bank must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
