Cambridge & Counties Bank has won a Chamber of Commerce Award for its Excellence in Customer Service.
Cambridge & Counties was one of the winners of the East Midlands Chamber’s Leicestershire Business Awards, thanks to its commitment to providing customers with an outstanding experience.
The Bank, which has its HQ on Leicester’s New Walk, only launched in 2012 and has grown from a team of 12 to more than 130 people.
As part of its objectives the Bank is focused on always delivering fair outcomes for all of its customers and on developing straightforward and attractive products.
Throughout its five years of growth, Cambridge & Counties has continuously measured its customer satisfaction levels. The results for the annual survey of customers in 2016 saw an overall satisfaction score of 99 percent.
Cambridge & Counties Chief Customer Officer Rachel Curtis-Bowen said:
“We know that we deliver an industry leading example of excellent customer service and this award recognises our staff’s efforts in achieving this."
“We continue to review and improve the journey our customers take throughout their relationship with us, empowering employees who manage those relationships to identify opportunities to delight."
“Any business would be proud to win an award such as this. For a bank to do so, in a sector which often struggles with customer service, is a significant achievement and one we are very proud of.”
