Lending criteria

Loans from £150k to £2m
Maximum 60% LTV based on valuation not purchase price
Experienced property investors
Terms from minimum 12 months to maximum 30 years
Interest only available up to 10 years
Personal guarantees required from business owners/directors
Secured by way of a first legal charge on a UK located property (excluding Northern Ireland)
Borrowers must be a UK registered company, Limited Liability Partnership or be using personal names
