Lending Officer - Asset Finance
Location: Leicester, with Hybrid Working Salary: £28,000pa
We are looking for a Lending Officer to join our Asset Finance Sales team, on a fixed term contract, initially until November 2024.
Supporting the Head of Asset Finance and the Sales team, the ideal candidate will provide our customers and introducers a point of contact for all lending enquiries.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience liaising with customers/brokers re credit risk applications.
- An understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of asset based lending would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.

Financial Systems Developer
Location: Leicester with Hybrid Working Salary: £50,000-£55,000pa
You would be responsible for ensuring all appropriate processes and controls are evidenced and all financial information is complete, accurate and appropriately controlled.
If you are proactive and adaptable to changing business demands, and have a real focus on quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement, then we would love to here from you!
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience of collating, managing, and interpreting large volumes of data from a range of sources.
- Excellent systems experience including Cognos TM1 and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Prior experience of administering databases, managing manual data feeds & developing in Cognos TM1 would be advantageous.
- Qualified or part qualified Accountant or Financial Services experience would also be an advantage.
