Relationship Manager - Manchester & Northwest

Region: Manchester & Northwest   Salary: £50,000-£65,000pa

We are looking for someone with experience in Real Estate Finance, working within a customer facing, business development role. 

The ideal candidate would support an existing portfolio of clients with the aim of retaining and growing quality relationships. 

You would identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio or through referrals, which will help us achieve our strategic and Business Plan objectives. 

Could you generate compliant profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets whilst ensuring good customer outcomes?

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • A high level of financial and commercial awareness with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven record of credit analysis and decision making.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
  • Demonstrates a high level of market awareness.
