London recruitment team secures over £1m in refinancing from Cambridge & Counties Bank

An established team of recruitment specialists, led by Directors Jonathan Doherty and Andrew Molloy and trading as Eligo Towers Ltd, has secured over £1 million in refinancing from Cambridge & Counties Bank. The loan has been set against a modern office asset in Wimbledon, south west London.

This latest deal from Cambridge & Counties Bank illustrates the bank’s commitment to delivering sophisticated lending solutions tailored to the individual needs of clients.

In this case, the offices are part owner occupied and part investment with a third-party tenant. The owner-occupied part consists of four separate businesses, one of which is based in Italy.

The property, located on the west side of Hartfield Road in Wimbledon, comprises two self-contained interconnected office suites within a newly constructed six-storey building. Adjacent to the main retailing area, Wimbledon station is c. 400 metres away.

The client was introduced to Cambridge & Counties Bank by Wasim Ahmed, Managing Director of Trade & Merchant Finance Brokerage Ltd, an established SME finance specialist and commercial finance brokerage.
