Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited would like to give one bottle of Gin (the “Prize”) as a prize for one lucky winner to be chosen at random amongst the attendees to the Anglo Scottish Connect intermediary event (“the Promotion). To be in with a chance to be the winner of the bottle of Gin, please check these Terms & Conditions:
- In these Terms and Conditions “we” “our” and “us” means Cambridge & Counties Bank Ltd of Charnwood Court, 5b New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE.
- The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for our employees, their immediate families, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
- To enter the Promotion, scan the QR Code and provide your name, email address and UK postal address (including postcode).
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
- The opening date for entries is Thursday 27th March 2025 (the “Opening Date”). Any entries received before the Opening Date will not be valid and will not be entered into the Promotion.
- The closing date for entries is Friday 28th March 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid and will not be entered into the Promotion.
- The winner of the Promotion will be the first entrant randomly selected by a computer within 10 working days after the Closing Date (the “Prize Draw”) from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- We will use reasonable endeavours to notify the winner by email or telephone on or before Friday 28th March 2025. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the Prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification). We shall not be responsible if the winner provides incorrect contact or delivery details.
- The winner will receive a Bottle of Gin.
- The Prize will be delivered to the winner by Wednesday 30th April 2025, we will contact the winner for their UK Postal address when required.
- The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- We reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
- Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Prize winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to, their name being published on ccbank.co.uk.
- We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Cambridge & Counties Bank Limited, Charnwood Court, 5B New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in the competition post. If you object to any or all of your surname, county or winning entry being published or made available then please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that we still have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on Request.
- You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out relating to the Promotion upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of our negligence, we accept no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
- We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- The use of particular brands as a Prize does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
- Personal data supplied during the completion of the promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy: ccbank.co.uk/about-us/our-commitments/your-privacy/ Data will be used for promotion purposes only and will be not shared with any third parties. - The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
