Lending Support Officer (12 month FTC)
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £25,000-30,000pa
You would provide customers and introducers with a point of contact for all new and existing lending or portfolio enquiries.
You would also support with credit analysis, portfolio management duties, system processing, and preparation of some of our customer borrowing propositions or annual reviews.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- A proven record of success of supporting business development and sales activity and meeting timescales, preferably in a related industry.
- An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
- An appropriate level of knowledge and experience of sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
- An appropriate level of financial and commercial awareness.
- Sales and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
- A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements is desirable.
- Experience of using nCino software desirable

Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £26,000-£35,000pa.
We are looking for someone to support the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager in the delivery of the Cambridge & Counties Bank’s digital marketing strategy.
You would contribute to the regulatory and brand-compliant delivery of digital marketing campaigns and assets, utilising a customer centric approach.
If you are an analytical and proactive problem solver with elevated levels of accuracy and attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you!
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge using key reporting software to build reports: using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Lookerstudio, SEMrush, PowerBi and other reporting and analytical tools is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of email marketing channels (DotDigital experience a bonus).
- Knowledge of Social Media and Website Management (WordPress experience is a bonus).
- Experience in writing compelling copy, particularly to support SEO.
- Experience using Microsoft suite.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills.
- Knowledge of Desktop publishing and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in running Google/Bing/ LinkedIn/ Meta ads is desirable but not essential.
