Project Management Office Manager
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £60,000-£75,000pa
We are looking for someone to ensure the Bank’s Transformation activities follow the appropriate governance and control as the Bank scales it’s change capability.
As part of the role, you would establish and continue to develop a robust reporting framework across the change initiatives to ensure the Chief Transformation Officer has sight of and control of all change initiatives across the Bank.
As part of the new suite of reporting, ensure appropriate business cases exist for each new and in-flight programme of work.
You would also support the chair of the Change Delivery Forum, to ensure that all change is effectively prioritised, tested, and delivered on time.

We are looking for someone to be in control of the governance, optimisation, and strategic development of our finance technology landscape.
You would ensure the successful delivery of ERP and planning system projects (including TM1 and Workday), driving data integrity, and enabling advanced analytics to support FP&A objectives and strategic decision-making.

We are looking for someone to work within the Software Development Team to further the transformation of our complete solutions landscape.
Using modern toolsets within the MS stack (.net/Azure/Power Platform) you would be a key player in our present and future applications and integration landscape with fantastic opportunities for personal development.
Your initial focus will largely be in .net based development, SQL Server and Power Apps, working on new solutions and tools whilst also maintaining, refactoring, or re-developing existing solutions.These are mostly developed using .net – C#, and VB.net, consequently you should have skills within these disciplines. Familiarity with Blazor and WPF, Access and JavaScript would be a bonus.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in .net development using Visual Studio, C# and SQL Server T-SQL
- Experience contributing across all phases of software and data development lifecycle, from design to documentation.
- Ability to identify bugs, offer effective solutions promptly, and participate in optimizing and enhancing existing solutions.
- A team player, capable of collaborating across disciplines, building relationships, and contributing positively to team goals.

- Power Platform Knowledge of or willingness to learn Power Platform for strategic evolution.
- Ability to work on various application development and data solution types across different technologies

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £45,000-£52,000pa
Working within the Data Services team you will be instrumental in helping develop and maintain the Banks data environments, be that traditional MS SQL Server or Azure Data Services.
You will manage the security and maintenance of the data systems and will be involved in the delivery of projects both within IT and as part of the Bank’s wider transformation functions.

- Extensive experience in working as a DBA and Data Developer within the MS Stack.
- Experience in TSQL, Allied MS stack supportive solutions such as SSIS and SSRS,.

- Azure SQL, Azure Analytics, Dataverse or similar solutions, or a willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent data analytical skills and the ability to reverse engineer legacy data structures.
