AML/KYC Onboarding Officer (12 month FTC)

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £30,000-£32,000pa ​

We are looking for someone to join our Operations team on a 12 month fixed-term contract, to deliver a consistently high quality of service to our customers, deposit partners and internal/external stakeholders, with specific responsibility for new deposit account opening. ​

You would also provide support when required to the core customer service team who are responsible for servicing our customers in their day-to-day journey with Cambridge & Counties Bank.

About you

For this role you will need the following skills and experience: ​

  • Knowledge of appropriate policies and regulations, including Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience and the ability to understand and progress complex issues in a clear and structured way.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, proven to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team. ​ ​

Senior Lending Support Officer

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £40,000-£50,000pa ​

We are looking for someone to provide customers, professionals and introducers with a point of contact for all new and existing lending or portfolio enquiries. 

You would deliver administrative support to the Regional Director (RD), Senior Business Development Managers (SBDM). Business Development Managers (BDM), Senior Relationship Managers (SRM) and Senior Portfolio Managers (SPM) within the team. This includes credit analysis, portfolio management duties, nCino processing, and preparation of some customer borrowing propositions or annual reviews for corporate deals in excess of £3.5M, as well as completing time critical risk management processes for complex products such as Development Finance and Bridging.

In addition, you would also handle consent to lease and partial redemption requests across all Seg 2 and 3 deals, with a mandate to deliver a more streamlined process to both Bank and Customers alike.

For this role you will need the following skills and experience: ​

  • A proven record of success in supporting business development, including preparing and presenting detailed credit reports.
  • Success in meeting timescales and delivering sales success, preferably in a related industry
  • An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts
  • An appropriate level of knowledge and experience of sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services sector
  • An appropriate level of financial and commercial awareness
  • Sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements is desirable.
  • Experience of using nCino software and other key computer platforms essential ​ ​

Senior Business Development Manager

Region: National   Salary: £60,000 - £80,000pa ​

We are looking for someone to identify and develop business opportunities and broker/ professional relationships which will help the Bank achieve its strategic Business Plan across all facets of Real Estate Lending, including Bridging and Development Finance. ​ ​

The ideal candidate will generate the maximum amount of compliant profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets where you will continue to manage some of these cases through the life cycle, ensuring good customer outcomes and close monitoring for risk purposes ​

You will support all aspects of the onboarding process and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, meeting sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and bank processes and procedures. ​

For this role you will need the following skills and experience: ​

  • A proven record of success in business development and sales, preferably in a related industry

IT Systems Analyst (12 month FTC)

Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £27,500-£30,000pa ​ ​

We are looking for someone to join our IT team on a 12 month FTC to provide operational user support for the Bank.

This would be for user access management, fault management and system administration tasks for the Bank’s core software systems. 

You would act as a key liaison between internal business users and third-party providers of the Bank’s core software systems.
