At Cambridge & Counties Bank, we believe banking should be a force for good.
Richard Bryan, General Counsel, Cambridge & Counties Bank:
Our 2024 Impact Report is more than a summary of achievements—it’s a reflection of our values in action. As someone who’s seen the Bank evolve over the years, I’m proud to share how we’ve embedded environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into every part of our business.
This year, we’ve also seen the growing impact of our support for SMEs - one of the most meaningful ways we help create positive change in the real economy.
This report celebrates the real-world impact we’re making for our customers, colleagues, and communities. It’s about the stories behind the numbers, the people behind the progress, and the purpose that drives us forward.
I invite you to explore the report and see how we’re using business to create meaningful change.
