Cambridge & Counties Bank supported the redevelopment of Shoreham Cement Works, a site currently owned by customer Dudman Holdings Ltd.

- Customer is a leading supplier of aggregates and ready-mixed concrete together with recycling and logistics
The finance provided supported an effective remediation of the site – one of the largest brownfield sites in the South East – in keeping with its settings. This was following strong political and local pressure and involved local stakeholders including the National Park. The group has a haulage fleet of 56 vehicles and works across the South coast, with the Shoreham site being used since 2006 to service the large customer base of builder’s merchants.
