At Cambridge & Counties Bank, we believe banking should be a force for good.

Richard Bryan, Chief Legal & People Officer, Cambridge & Counties Bank:

This year's Impact Report demonstrates how Cambridge & Counties Bank continues to grow responsibly and with purpose.

While increasing our lending by 20% and supporting more SMEs than ever across the UK, we've also strengthened our ESG foundations through enhanced environmental reporting, continuing as a PCAF signatory, doubling colleague volunteering hours and progressing our journey towards B Corp recertification.

As our third Impact Report, it reflects a maturing approach to measuring and managing our impact, and our commitment to using business as a force for good
